  • How do I order?

    We like to talk with our customers, which is why we don’t offer online ordering. Once you’ve had a look at our product range and have an idea about what you would like, give us a call on 02 4733 0922.  We’ll discuss with you the options available, the time-frame required, and explain the delivery and payment arrangements.  We’re also happy to answer any questions you may have.

  • How do I pay?

    When you order, we'll let you know the payment options.

  • Would the house arrive fully assembled or do I have to put it together myself?

    Your house will arrive fully assembled and ready to play.

  • Do you have a shop?

  • What happens if I damage my dollhouse?

    Give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

  • What is the delivery time-frame?

    Depending on your order, it could take up to 6 weeks, as each one is handmade and we make them to order.

  • Do you do special or custom orders?

    Something we understand about our workshop is that our creations are often a childhood dream and treasured gift, and sometimes customers have special requests.  If you have a particular request, please talk to us about it when you call, to see if we can meet your special requirements.

  • Do you accept orders from overseas or interstate?

    Not at this time.  Apologies for any inconvenience, we are only able to accept and deliver orders in the Sydney metro and some local rural areas, at present.
